Jorgedand Mogro, MOT, RMT is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and Manual Osteopathic Therapist (MOT). He graduated from PCMT – Regina Campus and NMOC – Alberta, where he completed training under the WHO-recognized Type 2 Benchmark of Manual Osteopathy. He is a licensed Biology teacher in the Philippines and is currently in good standing with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada (NHPC) and the National Manual Osteopathic Society (NMOS).
Jorge specializes in providing relief from muscle pain, tension, and stress through targeted massage techniques. His Manual Osteopathic practice follows a holistic approach focused on correcting structural imbalances, supporting the body’s natural healing processes, and enhancing overall well-being.
In addition to his core qualifications, Jorge holds certifications in Biomedical Dry Needling (Medical Acupuncture), CSMTA Sports Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, SRT Therapy (Soft-Stretch Release), Dynamic Cupping, Traditional Chinese Medicine Fire Cupping, and Hot Stone Massage.

The patented and FDA registered IMPULSE devise was specifically created to deliver gentle and precise chiropractic adjustments to the joints of the spine and extremities to relieve pain and restore function. He is also trained in Activator, Thompson DROPS, Diversified, Gonstead and the basic Palmer package.
Dr. New earned his Bachelor of Arts and Science degree, majoring in Psychology, from the University of Regina, and then furthered his education with another two years at the University of Saskatchewan. Dr New graduated with Summa Cum Laude honours from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1995.
Dr. New is very involved with the his community. He stays active coaching a variety of sports and has served his community by sitting on various boards.
